Introducing New Generation Float homes.  Our manufacturing process holds the advantage of using our system of construction. The design of our float homes is calculated depending on the weight and size of the homes. The flotation system is designed by our naval engineer. The floating home structure is held together by galvanized steel.  In between our flotation system and our galvanized steel structure, we install an ECO septic system with a capacity of 600 gallons daily approved by Environment Canada.

 House structure is built using our Daykon Paneling system that consists of structural galvanized steel and EPS foam  that provides R40 insulation. The panels provide hurricane, fire, seismic resistance. All windows provided are tempered triple glass. All interior ceilings are designed with a Texas-style cedar finish, which adds warmth to the premises.

 With all our homes we provide:

• 100 AMP electrical service  

• An option on hot water on demand using gas or electricity  

• A plywood kitchen with granite countertops 

• Stainless  fridge stove and dishwasher, washer dryer 

• All flooring is a high-end vinyl  

• Sprinkler system is installed in all our homes

• Installation of an electrical sub-meter to keep control of electrical consumption.  

  

All our float homes  are CSA-approved and supervised  by our engineering team. ( We can also provide a complete off-grid package).
